Lynx Sports Academy
The Lausanne Sports Academy offers individualized sports training for Lausanne athletes. All Academy sessions are led by Lausanne Varsity coaches and staff.
The goal is to promote athletic progression, leadership, development and confidence, while improving performance and taking the athlete to the next level.
The Academy focuses on producing athletes that outperform their competition.
Free Volleyball Clinic
Monday, April 2nd
The FREE Volleyball Clinic will be led by Coach Angie Buchanan, her staff and Lady Lynx Volleyball players. The Clinic will focus on fundamentals such as passing, setting, digging, and hitting. Also, there will be individual and team competition. The Clinic will be held the week of April 2 and is open to Girls and Boys in Grades 4-8.

Want to run faster this spring? Jump higher? Throw farther? The Track Academy is for you! For both boys and girls, our biweekly sessions will focus on strength, explosive power and range of motion activities that will benefit all track and field athletes. In addition, participants will have the option to try niche events such as hurling and jumping. Join us this winter to get a leg up in the spring!

Lacrosse Academy is for boys and girls who are interested in learning lacrosse or looking to improve their individual skills. Passing, catching, shooting, defense and stick skills will be focus for the lacrosse academy before the season begins in February. Coach Densford, Kearl, Hammons, and Perkinson along with Varsity members of the lacrosse program will be coaching and instructing the Academy. Lacrosse Academy is for grades 3 – 8 boys and girls. Gear will be provided; however, if you have your own, please feel free to bring it.

Boys Soccer Academy is for boys who are interested in learning soccer or looking to improve their individual skills.
Sessions will focus on the basic fundamentals such as: passing, ball control, dribbling, finishing (shooting) and heading the ball (age appropriate) . In addition, players will also work on their offensive and defensive shape in small-sided game situations.
Sessions should be fun, friendly, instructional and injury safe.
Coach Lima (Head Boys Coach) is responsible for the Boys Soccer Academy program, which will also use Soccer Ole’ coaches to improve the quality of the program.
3 training sessions per week during 4 weeks.
The Volleyball Academy will be led by Coach Angie Buchanan, Lausanne Head Volleyball Coach.
There will be a focus on Volleyball fundamentals such as passing, setting, and hitting.
