The 2009-2010 Lausanne Athletics Handbook is online and ready to download for your convenience. Handbooks will be distributed at Monday's parent/athlete meeting. Please remember that the final page of the handbook must be signed and turned into your coach by Friday, August 28.

TSSAA Medical Forms

All upper school athletes must turn in a TSSAA Physical Form prior to participation in that sport. Please click below for both pages of the forms, have them completed by a physician, and turn in to your Ms. Hammons prior to your first practice.
