Lausanne Learning Institute

The Lausanne Learning Institute (July 14-17, 2013) is an international think tank for schools using or considering laptops or tablets as tools for learning. Created and hosted by Lausanne Collegiate School in Memphis, Tennessee, the Lausanne Laptop Institute offers over 100 breakout sessions - from hands-on events to lectures, discussions and networking. Conference sessions meet the needs of educators, technology integrationists, technology support personnel and administration. In 2012, close to 600 attendees from 32 states and 13 countries attended, representing more than 130 schools and school districts. Over half those attending are K-12 teachers who collaborate with peers and learn tips for using laptops and tablets in their own classrooms.

The Lausanne Learning Institute provides most meals as well as ongoing shuttle service to/from the hotel and Lausanne's campus and admission to all sessions and evening events. Not only does this provide plenty of chances to network and learn as much as you can while you're here, but also makes it easy for our participating schools to make travel plans. No need for rental cars or an extensive food stipend!

2013 will be our 11th year to host this event.
