Sodexo, Lausanne's food vendor, and the school as a whole strive to provide students with a wide variety of nutritious offerings each day. By combining nutrition education, healthy menu options and product information we are guiding students to make positive choices during their visit to the dining hall. Every parent and child has his or her own view on what nutrition is. Serving over 800 students daily means we address many unique views on what the most appealing and or healthy items served are. We work each day to provide the best variety of foods and educational components we can to meet those views. Helping to educate students to make sound choices and offering a variety of menu items ensures that our team positively affects all of our customers to make every day a better day.
