Thank you for your patience in the carpool line as we work to preserve a COVID-free zone on campus.

Listed below are a few reminders about carpool which helps promote safety and courtesy for all of our families and neighbors.

Parents/guardians will be sent division-specific color-coded carpool tags to place in the windows of their cars so we can help ease the flow of traffic during carpool times. You will receive these carpool tags either at Meet the Teacher/Orientation Day or mailed to your home the week before school begins. Please be sure to have them displayed in your windows at drop-off and pick-up times.

If you have more than one student at Lausanne, your carpool order is: youngest carpool line at the oldest time.

Everyone in the car should have a face mask on before entering campus.

Carpool times must be followed:

  • PK – 4th grade: 7:30 - 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.
  • Grades 5 – 8: 8 - 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
  • Grades 9 – 12: 8:30 - 9 a.m. and 3:40 p.m.

There have been a few changes to our carpool procedures to help reduce backups.

  • Student temperatures will be taken at the gate.
  • Do not use Ronald Drive to access carpool.
  • No left turn from East Massey to Lenden Wood to break in the carpool line. Use Kirby Parkway to Massey Lane to East Massey to line up.
  • Do not block our neighbors’ driveways or street intersections.
  • Do not turn left off of West Massey and enter through the EPAC gate entrance to break into carpool line.
  • This is a school zone, reduce your speed
  • Yield to pedestrians. We have walkers and bike riders.
  • Pull all the way forward in the carpool lines and have your children ready to exit quickly.
