Vaccination Event Information

Lausanne holds vaccination events periodically to administer doses to all who are eligible.  Click here to see the dates/times of upcoming events and let us know you're coming by filling in the signup sheet. This additional form will need to be completed for anyone receiving a vaccine. Vaccination/Booster Required for School Trips

How to Share Your Vaccination/Booster Information

Changes to the quarantine procedure require us to begin collecting information on booster doses to ensure we’re following CDC recommendations. Additionally, proof of vaccination is required to attend some activities, such as dances, overnight trips and lock-ins. January 2022 Adjustments
