Class of 2026 Shares Week Full Of Adventures During Freshman Class Trip

Lausanne's Class of 2026 packed up their camp gear Monday morning and headed toward Lampe, Missouri, to spend the week at Clearwater Cove.

The Class of 2026 loads up the bus bright and early Monday morning to travel to Clearwater Cove.

For many years, the campground has served as Lausanne's Freshman Class trip destination and the place where countless lifelong friendships budded and beloved memories were made.

The goal of the annual trip is to help students bond with members of their class, learn about Lausanne's Upper School culture and connect with faculty.

An adventurous group of freshmen takes their turn tubing across Lake Table Rock

With support from the group of teachers, advisors and senior volunteers who facilitated the trip, our freshman class experienced an action-filled week of adventures.

The campers went on boat rides, tubed across Lake Table Rock, challenged each other to Gaga Ball, Nine Square, and Human Knot, braved their way across rope courses, jammed out to Karaoke concerts and so much more.

The Lynx campers challenge each other to some friendly competition with a volleyball game.

Before heading back to Memphis, the ninth-graders spent their final night holding SGA elections and celebrating the end of their adventure with a bonfire and popsicles.
