Recently, Lausanne juniors and seniors hosted a Holiday Cookie and Cocoa Movie Afternoon for their friends from the Best Buddies organization.
Led by Carson Webb ’20, the upper schoolers invited local chapters of the program to campus for an afternoon to decorate cookies and drink cocoa while watching "The Grinch" movie.
As a part of the Creativity, Activity and Service (CAS) project all juniors and seniors at Lausanne complete, the students decided to partner with the Best Buddies organization with help from the LynxServe department.
Their fun-filled afternoon marked the first event of the year for the CAS group, and the Upper School students are excited to plan and host many more!
