The Lausanne Lynx Robotics team is advancing to state! The team placed 3rd overall at the Arkansas Qualifier in Helena, Arkansas. Lynx Robotics is an after-school club open to 7th through 12th graders, teaching students the students engineering and preparing them for life as an engineer. The Lynx Robotics team place 3rd in the Innovation Award, 3rd in the overall competition, and they came home with the 1st place in the Connect Award. One of the key aspects of the competition is the Engineering notebook, which was over 100 pages, of commitment, obstacles, and perseverance.

“The Lausanne Robotics team is not just about the competition, but rather about the relationships we build and the lives we affect," said Robotics President Woody Sharp '19. Our Lausanne community excels in broadening its horizons, whether it’s inside or outside the Lausanne campus. Students are taught to strive, push boundaries and be the best that they can be. #thelausanneway
