Multiple Lausanne Students Make All-West 2020

Lausanne is proud to announce that 16 students have made the 2020 All-West Band, Chorus and Orchestra.

Each year, students from schools across West Tennessee demonstrate their musicianship abilities during an audition that includes prepared excerpts, sight-reading and scales. Those who qualify for a top chair spot have the opportunity to perform at the All-State Honors Conference and Festival.

The purpose is to promote the study of instrumental music through choral, band and orchestra programs in schools and this Western Tennessee organization is an affiliate of the Tennessee Music Educators Association (TMEA) and The National Association for Music Education (NAfME).
