Senior Profile: Zoeya Khan '23

Zoeya Khan '23 attributes her "go-getter attitude" to her time at Lausanne and is very thankful for her Lynx family's everlasting love and support. Zoeya has decided to attend the University of Texas at Austin in the Fall, majoring in Psychology on the pre-med track. 

What is your number one interest and why? 

I love tennis and have been playing tennis since I was six. 

What are your extracurriculars/clubs? 

I am the Captain of the Girls' Varsity Tennis team here at Lausanne, and I have been playing on varsity since the 8th grade. In terms of clubs, I have been one of the co-presidents of the Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) club and part of the Exploring Food Through Club for the past two years. 

What is your favorite memory at Lausanne?

Beating USJ (the defending state winners) in team regionals and ultimately winning regionals. 

How has Lausanne helped prepare you for the future? 

Lausanne has prepared me for the future by instilling a go-getter attitude and has taught me that anything can be achieved with the right mindset and work ethic. 

Anything else you would like to say or let people know? 

I feel extremely blessed and thankful for my Lausanne family's everlasting love and support.
