As the school year comes to a close, a new journey begins for our seniors as they head off to college.
During our annual senior walkthrough at the end of the school year, the class of 2018 had the opportunity to showcase the college they have chosen by walking through Lausanne wearing their colleges’ t-shirt while the rest of our students cheered them on.
“We are so proud of the hard work and dedication our seniors put in during their time at Lausanne,” said Headmaster McCathie. “It has been a privilege watching them grow, and as each student takes on this chapter of their lives, I want them to remember that they will always have a home at Lausanne.”
Our seniors began the walkthrough by the junior kindergarten classes, made their way through the lower school and finished in the lower middle school. Our lower classmates cheered loudly, offered their congrats and high-fived seniors as they processed through the halls.
Seeing the class of 2018 wear their college shirts with pride shows our lower and middle schools a glimpse of their future, and where their hard work can lead. #TheLausanneWay
